DUBUQUE - When it comes to people filling out their census forms, all of you in Dubuque are at the top of the class.

The U.S. Census website says Dubuque ranks 1st so far in returning forms for the 2010 census.

People have returned 70-percent of forms the census mailed out.

Iowans altogether have mailed back 60-percent of the forms.

That’s eight percent higher than the national average.
